2. Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by YatraBay.
- A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
- Final payment must be made as per the payment schedule provided.
- Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by package and service provider. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific cancellation terms.
- Cancellation charges apply as per the policy of airlines, hotels, and other service providers.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days.
- No refunds for no-shows or unused services.
4. Travel Documents
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents including passports, visas, and health certificates. YatraBay will assist with visa applications but cannot guarantee approval.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Limitation of Liability
YatraBay acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by third-party service providers or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Changes and Amendments
YatraBay reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
